The Fight which broke about 5;15pm on Monday, has allegedly claimed two lives while vehicles, kioks and shops have been burnt.
An eyewitness who simply gave her name as Cecy said she was passing by said all she could make out was a clash of people from two tribes.
According to her, she was lucky that there was a little opening for her to negotiate her way out of the line but said some of the vehicles ahead of hers going towards Shoprite weren’t lucky as hoodlums attacked them.
“As I speak to you, Kabusa junction is on fire now .I don’t know what this is leading to . I saw smoke going towards the Shoprite area and vehicles being damaged .We need security presence at the junction” she said.
Kabusa junction is manned by traffic police and usually congested day and night due to high density areas surrounding it.
It is a popular junction that leads to Shoprite Apo, Ashafa filling station, mechanic village,Christland school, and to Kurudu as well as CBN quaters and several housing estates around that axis.
