Miyetti Allah faults Tinubu for sponsoring EndSARS protests.
Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association,an organization which promotes the welfare of Fulani herders has alleged that APC National leader, Ahmed Bola Tinubu is responsible for the EndSARS protests across the country
In a statement signed by National President, Abdullahi Bello Bodejo (Lamido Fulbe) and National Secretary,Engr Saleh Alhassan said its finding revealed that the former Lagos State Governor is the sole sponsor of the ongoing protest having lost in the plans to contest the presidential election under the All Progressives Congress ( APC) in 2023 with the aim of bringing down the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari since he can no longer realize his Presidential ambition.
According to the group, the insistence to continue the protest even when the government has made concessions was reckless, provocative and the demands of the protesters nebulous, inconsistent and impossible to meet.
It said Nigerian citizens came out to demand justice and the government met their demands and as such “it is unacceptable for the protesters to now involve blocking of roads thereby denying other citizens the right to use the roads”. describing it as an attempt to ground the country and create more suffering in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The statement said denial of access to means of livelihood could lead to fracas and conflict and called on the sponsors allegedly” headed by Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu as exposed by Prof, Adebisi of the University of Ibadan to immediately stop this demonstration”.
