The Bishop, Diocese of Okrika, Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion, Right Reverend Enoch Atuboyedia has called on christians not to waver in converting repentant souls to God through Evangelism as exemplified by Jesus Christ.
Bishop Atuboyedia who made the call in a sermon during his familiarization visit to Okrika South Archdeaconry at saint Martin’s Anglican Church,Ogu in Ogu/Bolo Local Government area of Rivers State , regretted that some christians shut the doors of the kingdom of God against people through their actions.
The cleric expressed dismay over a situation where parents abandon children at home and participate in church activities alone,and urged them to change the orientation of their children towards God pointing out that God needs generation of people with passion for his kingdom.
Bishop Atuboyedia who spoke on the Topic”Let Him Come” admonished Nigerians especially christains to return to God irrespective of their sins, emphasizing that any Individual who exhibits genuine repentance will receive blessings and eternal live.
