The Federal Government has introduced Performance Management System ( PMS) as a new evaluation tool.
The PMS replaces the Annual Performance Evaluation Report (APER)
This was made known by the Head of Service of the Federation,Dr Folashade Yemi-Esan at the opening of a three- day workshop on Service-Wide Training on Monday on Abuja
She said the PMS will create a digitally-driven culture of performance management in the civil service.
