The Kano State Police Command has arrested one Adamu Musa, his son Sule Mallam and grandson,Isiyaku Sule for allegedly killing a 30 year- old man Kabiru Y’au and his five-year- old daughter Harira Kabiru at Gomo village, Sumailia Local Government Area.
According to a statement by the State’s police spokesman, Abdullahi Kiyawa on Tuesday night, Musa 50, confessed “to have directed his three sons and grandson to kill the victim on the allegation that the deceased is a suspected kidnapper’
Kiyawa said the suspects who were arrested by Operation Puff Adder on December 19, about 119 days after the incident, have confessed to have used machetes and bamboo sticks in hacking their victims to death.
He said Investigation is ongoing for the arrest of the remaining culprit’s while the suspects will be charged to court on conclusion of Investigation .
