Federal Government says it will not hesitate to close down National Youth Service Corps( NYSC) Orientation Camps in states that failed to comply with covid- 19 protocols.
Minister of Yourhs and Sports,Sunday Dare stated at the PTF briefing on Covid-19 on Monday, in Abuja that the warning became imperative in view of the rising positive cases among corp members.
He said over700 out of 22,000 corp members have tested positive for the virus adding that any breach of covid protocols by states will lead to close down of the Orientation Camps as NYSC cannot afford to risk the lives and health of corp members.
