Gunnen have again attacked another community in Ohaukwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.
This was confirmed by the Commissioner of Police in Ebonyi,Mr Aliyu Garba on Monday.
Garba told newsmen that the suspected gunmen on Sunday night attacked Ebele village, Umuogodo Akpu, Mgbo in the Local Government Area.
On March 29, gunmen attacked five communites in the state namely,Egedege,Obegu,Amazu,Nkalagu and Umuhuali autonomous communites in the local government leaving a number of deaths.
The Commissioner said the effects of the recent attack were yet to be ascertained as he had not been around.
The State Commissioner for Internal Security and Border Peace,Mr Stanley Emegha said though he had about the attack on Monday morning, he was yet to get details.
