The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Benue State, Christopher Dega has been assassinated.

Dega , a retired Assistant Inspector General of Police ( AIG) was reportedly shot dead by unknown gunmen on Tuesday morning in Jos, the Plateau Capital.
