Nigerians are protesting in major cities across the country to vent their anger on the present administration over a number of issues
Some of the protesters flaunt banners with” Buhari must resign , Revolution now” inscribed in them.
Other protesters carried banners for separatist states while others urged the government to stop insecurity, poverty in the land as quickly as possible in same way it ordered the suspension of Twitter in the country.
Unconfirmed report says one of the protesters was shot in Lagos.
The Police prior to June 12 said it would not allow any form of protest on June 12 to go on in the manner of#EndSARS protest last year.
In cities where protests are ongoing, police and other security agencies are said to be fully on ground but their presence does not in any way cause fear or panic to the protesters who carefully chose the day to ventilate their anger and frustration.
In Abuja, the motive of some of the protesters is different, some protesting in support of the Buhari administration were allegedly caught fighting for money .
