A statement by the Chairman of the Caretaker Committee, Barr. Isaac Abbot Ogbobula said the ceremony will hold at No 118 Woji road, Port Harcourt at 10 o’ clock in the morning.
The statement invites all 40 statutory members of the state executive council to attend.
They include,Rt the Hon Rotimi Amaechi,Chief Rufus Ada George, Group Captain Ben- Kalio (Rtd) and Senator Andrew Uchendu
,Senator Magnus Ngei Abe, Senator Wilson Ake, Chief Victor Giadom,Hon Chidi Wihioka and Hon. Golden Ben Chioma are included in the Invitation letter below entitled” INVITATION TO GRAND OPENING CEREMONY
