
A High Court in Oyo State on Wednesday morning granted an exparte motion restraining the Department of State,DSS and the Attorney General of the Federation AGF, from arresting, intimidating, harassing and blocking bank accounts belonging to Yoruba nation agitator,Chief Sunday Adeyemo alias Sunday Igboho.
Justice Ladiean Akintola granted the order following an exparte motion moved by Igboho’s counsel,Chief Yomi Aliu (SAN) at the court.
Igboho is, seeking N500 billion damages for invasion of his house in Ibadan on July 1 .
The case was adjourned to August 18.
