
Ebiala Mary and Daniel Adache on Saturday 14th August 2021 took their relationship to another level by legalizing their marriage in church.
The wedding ceremony took place at Holy Ghost Catholic Church Kpeyegyi a suburban in the Federal Capital Territory FCT Abuja, days after their traditional marriage at the bride’s home town in Cross Rivers State.

Kpeyegyi is a border community linking Abuja to Nasarawa state through the lush lowlands of Jikwoyi.
During the ceremony, the officiating Minister,Rev Fr Emmanuel Ejinonu described the couple as one with love for the work of God.

According to him, the newly weds offer time and services free of charge to church programmes and activities making them outstanding and worthy of emulation.

Rev Fr Ejinonu enjoined all those who love the couple to shun advice which rather than strengthens, weakens the success of their marriage
Speaking on the occasion as the mother of the day, the wife of the Minister for Transportation, Dame Judith Amaechi, urged the couple to make God the foundation of their marriage while also urging them not to relent in their love for one another.

Dame Amaechi noted that the wedding provided her the opportunity to give testament to the great character Mary has proven to be, saying” Mary is a very good daughter,a very good child who is disciplined intelligent and understand her onions.”

She said Mary and her husband has by being Catechism teachers and willingly helping in other church activities , demonstrated not only the fundamentals of the Catholic Church but their faithfulness to God.

While She prayed to God for fulfillment of the couple’s purpose ,Mrs Amaechi urged Mr Daniel to see his wife as the one and only woman to love and asked Mary to reciprocate and respect her husband.

Other highlights of the ceremony was the unveiling of the Wedding cake by Mrs Amaechi and the father of the day,Sir PMC Anih.

The DJ collection of hip – hop and R&B and Soul along with Hausa women’s band ,Zumunta- Mata- Cathulika, the dance by the couple and parents added to the beautiful setting.
