Maduka who said poor life styles in substance abuse, negative thinking contributes to impairment of mental health, disclosed that mental health is the fulcrum upon which physical health thrives ,adding that the best thing anyone could do do in a situation of mental health was to ask for help .

The Financial expert who has been in the business of financial security services for about 20 years said those who believed in unwise financial myths like “the future will take care of itself ,” “Everything will be Okay,””Not my Portion’ and others are only playing with their future adding that now is the time to financially plan for the future.
She identified overspending and failing to recalibrate expenditures as some of the key problems responsible for trouble in future. “A lot of people do not know what their expenses are, when you don’t bugdet,you are bound to run into trouble” she. said.
