
The Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt has fixed Friday, October 29 to rule on the suit filed by Prince Uche Secondus the suspended National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP challenging the holding of the National Convention slated for October 30 and 31, 2021 in Abuja.
A three- member panel of Justices after hearing from counsels of the former PDP Chairman and other parties unanimously agreed to decide on the matter on Friday..
Earlier, unconfirmed reports had indicated that the case had been struck out but latest report filed by our correspondent said the justices rose immediately after reserving ruling for tommorow ( Friday)
