The All Progressives Congress APC has released its timetable and schedule of activities for Zonal Congresses.
Also included in the guidelines is purchase of forms for aspirants seeking election to the eight offices at the zones.
The ,Zonal offices and form prices are as follows;
Zonal Chairman( National Vice Chairman) N5,000,000,00
Zonal Secretary N500,000,00
Zonal Legal Adviser-N 500,000,00
Zonal Organising Secretary- N500,000,00
Zonal Publicity Secretary- N500,000,00
Zonal Woman Leader N250,000,00
Zonal Youth Leader- N500,000,00
Special (Persons with Disability PWD) – N250,000,00
According to a letter addressed and sent to the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC signed by the Chairman Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Commitee CECPC, Governor Mai Mala Buni and Secretary, Senator James Akpanudodehe, activities will begin on February 24 with publication of Zonal commitees, Meeting of Stakeholders will hold on February 26 while sale of forms for Zonal offices is scheduled for February 28 till March 3.
March 5 will be for screening of Zonal aspirants, March 6 for Screening Appeal while Adoption of Screening Report has been fixed for March 8.
Zonal Congresses will hold on Saturday,March 12, Zonal Congresses Appeal will take place on Monday March 14 while Adoption of Appeal Report has been slated for March 16.
The party said activities for its National Convention begins with Publication of National Convention sub commitees on Monday ,February 28 , Sale of forms commences from 9-11 March while screening of aspirants will take place from 15-17 March.
March 19 is for Screening Appeal, Adoption of Appeal Report will hold on March 21 and Accreditation slated between March 24 and 25.
Convention holds on Saturday, March 26, March 29 is for Convention Appeal while Adoption of Appeal Report and Inauguration will hold on March 30 and 31 respectively.
