The All Progressives Congress APC on Tuesday agreed to power sharing formula between the North and South .
At a meeting of stakeholders including the Vice President,Prof.Yemi Osinbajo, Chief of Staff to the President,,Prof. Ibrahim Gambari and Secretary to the Government of the Federation,Boss Mustapha, and Governorss with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential villa, Abuja, the party said that positions will be rotated among the six geo- political zones in the country.
Speaking with State House Correspondents after the meeting with the President, Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai said ” We have agreed a zoning formula for all the six geo- political zones
” Essentially, northern zones will have the positions the south have had in the last eight years., and vice versa.”
