Zamfara State House of Assembly has confirmed the nomination of Senator Hassan Nasiha as the Deputy Governor of the state following the impeachment of Barrister Mardi Aliyu Gusau.
Nasiha who represents Zamfara Central in the National Assembly was nominated by Governor Bello Matawalle after the impeachment of the Deputy Governor on Wednesday and was asked to take a bow when he appeared before the Assembly
Nasiha will be sworn in as Deputy Governor this evening.
