The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced an emergency National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting for March 17,2022.
In a notice of meeting signed by the Acting Chairman of the Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Commitee CECPC, Gov. Abubakar Bello, , Sen. Ken Nnamani (South-East) and Mrs Stella Okotete (National Women Leader).
Sen. Aba Ali (North-West) and Prof. Tahir Mamman (North-East) , the party said the virtual NEC meeting will hold at 11 o’clock in the morning .
The decision to hold the meeting was taken at the 23rd meeting CECPC on Tuesday and pursuant to Article
258(I) and (Ii). of the party constitution.
Current matters gathered that part of the agenda of the meeting will be the forth coming National Convention, settlement of the lingering internal crisis including litigations ahead of 2023 General Election.
