Following the President’s letter on Wednesday reverting to status quo, the All Progressives Congress( APC) Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Commitee CECPC , Chairman of the Committee,Mai Mala Buni has cancelled the National Executive Council NEC meeting the erthswhile acting chairman, Governor Sani Bello of Niger State fixed for Thursday,17th March.
National Secretary of the Committee, Senator John Akpanudodehe in a statement on Wednesday said ” As directed by the National Chairman of All Progressives Congress ( APC) Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Commitee ( CECPC) and Governor of Yobe State,H. E. Mai Mala Buni,a purported emergency meeting of the Party’s National Executive Committee ( NEC) slated for Thursday, March,26,2022 is hereby cancelled”
Meanwhile, preparations are underway for the smooth conduct of the March 26 Convention
