The Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria,Mr Godwin Emefiele has dragged the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC and four others before a Federal High Court in Abuja seeking the enforcement of his right to remain as CBN Govenor while contesting the 2023 Presidential election
Emefiele’s suit with No FHC/ ABJ/ CS//610/2022 was filled by his lawyer, Mike Ozokhome,SAN and has been fixed by Justice Ahmed Ramat Mohammed for hearing at noon Monday.
