
Hours after rescuing Mary Ngoshe,one of the abducted 276 Chibok school girls in April 2014 , Troops of the 202 battalion and 82 division Task Force have rescued two more Chibok girls
The girls,Hauwa Joseph and Mary Dauda were found with two children by the troops ar different locations in Borno State on June 14.,2022.
Hauwa,a native of Mbalala in Askira Uba Local Government Area of Borno State,was rescued along with her one year- old child at Ngazua village in Bama LGA of Borno State.
It was learnt that Hauwa was forcefully married to one Munzur,six years ago
She reportedly escaped when the Nigerian Army raided a camp where she was kept with Munzur,who died during the military operation..

The other victim,Mary hail from Rumingo in Chibok Local Government Area of Borno. She was about 19 years old when she was abducted by the Boko Haram terrorists.
Mary was rescued by troops with her one- year- old son,Ayuba in the general area of Gava in Gwoza LGA of Borno State
Mary said the father of her child was killed alongside about 40 others in May 2022 in an air strike by troops of Operation Hadin Kai at Sabil Huda camp in Sambisa forest.
The rescued girls and their children are currently at a military medical facility in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital. They are expected to be handed over to the Borno State government .
On April 14,2014, Boko Haram terrorists invaded the Government Girls Secondary School( GGSS) Chibok in Chibok Local Government Area of Borno State and abducted 276 school girls who were preparing for their final exams.
While some escaped, released or rescued from their captors and returned home, over a hundred are still missing.
Shortly after the abduction, there were reports that most of the children, who were minors were married off to terrorists in the lake chad neighborhood.
The Theatre Commander of the Joint Task Force ( JTF) North East, Operation Hadin Kai has commended the troops for their achievement.
He thanked the Chief of Defence Staff,Gen Leo Irabor and other stakeholders in the military for their strategic guidance and logistics support on the conduct of the ongoing military operations.
