Breaking: Ughelli/ Warri Highway overwhelmed by floods. 

….as Amassoma community in Bayelsa goes under water.

Floods have taken over a section of the Ughelli/ Patani Highway.

Our correspondent reports that the rampaging floods took over the road submerging vehicles and buildings located along the axis.

Also,a video uploaded on social media by a passerby shows a lorry being trapped in the middle of the flooded road which has taken the manner of a high sea.

Our correspondent in Bayelsa also reports that floods have also overwhelmed the highway linking the Bayelsa Airport and the Niger Delta University,Amassoma, in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.

The local government issued reportedly cut off from Yenagoa, the state capital.
