The All Saints Anglican Cathedral Church Rumukwurushi,Port Harcourt, Sunday got a N50 million donation from Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike to advance its evangelical programmes.
The Rivers Governor who was in the church to attend the Armed Forces Remembrance Day service said that the donation was to support the remarkable achievements of the church in promoting the work of God.
While urging Nigerians to show kindness and respect for families of fallen heroes, Wike said that the state will continue to appreciate the Armed Forces and other security agencies for the good work they are doing in the area of peace and growth of the state.
