A Pastor in Ibadan has escaped with prized possessions of residents of Aponrin in Agbowo area of Ibadan, Oyo State after deceiving them to three days fast and prayer.
Current matters gathered that the pastor had told his victims that he was directed by the Holy Spirit to visit Ibadan from Gambia and perform miracles and give them cash and foodstuff under the 3 days crusade.
The” Man of God” reportedly asked his victims who were Widows and students to gather for the crusade where he would give them the items.
As expected, they gathered for the crusade and during the period he asked them to submit their phones so as not to be distracted from the prayer session.
However,on the last day of the crusade, the cleric said he was going to eat inside the University of Ibadan premises and disappeared from there.
The valuables include over 50 Android phones.
The residents of the area are said to be on his trail while the police have declared the man wanted..
