The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduje on Tuesday presided over the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) meeting., the first he would hold since his emergence as National Chairman
Ganduje , the immediate past governor of Kano state was elected as the party’s national chairman during a national executive committee (NEC) meeting in Abuja on August 3.
His election and that of Ajibola Basiru, the national secretary followed the resignation of Abdullahi Adamu and Iyiola Omisore as the APC National Chairman and National Secretary respectively.
Meanwhile, Ganduje has appointed his former Commissioner for Information and Home Affairs in Kano state, Muhammad Garba as his Chief of Staff.
Garba, was also a former National Chairman of the Nigerian Union of Journalists NUJ.
