The judgement decided by a panel of five justices headed by Justice Haruna Tsammani will determine the actual winner of the February 25 presidential election
The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC had declared Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC as winner of the election having scored a total of 8,805,420 votes to beat his opponents ,Abubakar Atiku of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP who polled 6,984,290 votes and Peter Obi of the Labour party LP who garnered 6,093,962
