The President of the Nigerian Association of Women Entrepreneurs (NAWE), Barr. Vera Ndanusa, has congratulated First Lady, Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, on her 63rd birthday anniversary.
Ndanusa says in a statement in Abuja that the Association joins the first family, friends, associates and all Nigerians to celebrate the First lady on the joyous occasion of her birthday.
She said: “Your life’s journey of 63 years stands out as a model in your many roles as a devoted wife, an astute politician, a philanthropist, a lawmaker and mother of our nation”.
According to Ndanusa, “Through her landmark project, the Renewed Hope Initiative, Oluremi Tinubu has brought hope and resolve back into the lives of thousands of displaced and disadvantaged Nigerians, by providing shelter for the homeless and tirelessly working to improve access to education and healthcare for underprivileged citizens nationwide.
“Just recently, she donated a whopping sum of Five Hundred million Naira to Plateau State IDPs in Mangu LGA, who were displaced in the recent Fulani attacks”.
“Her deeply affecting interventions continue to favour all Nigerians, with no special regard for any particular faith, region, or political persuasion.
“Her profound sacrifices during her days in pro-democracy activism serve as an enduring example of her unwavering dedication to just causes, even in the face of trials and perilous uncertainties.
Barrister Vera Ndanusa noted, “The First Lady’s character is defined by her patriotism, dignity, grace, and down-to-earth public spiritedness.
“Today, we celebrate this titan, a woman of great strength, courage and purpose, a kindhearted fountain of inspiration, a tireless giver and nurturer, who has touched the lives of millions of Nigerians, especially women, youths, children and the most vulnerable citizens across the land.”
“On behalf of the entire NAWE family nationwide, here is wishing you God’s wisdom, guidance, excellent health and great joy, now and in the many years to come”, Ndanusa prayed.
