A Magistrate Court sitting in the Yaba area of Lagos State on Wednesday remanded Azeez Fashola, AKA Naira Marley, and Music promoter, Balogun Olamilekan Eletu, popularly called Sam Larry, in police custody following the alleged killing of Afro beat artist,Ilerioluwa Aloba aka Mohbad.
This followed the request by the Lagos State Police Command that Fashola and the others be remanded for 30 days pending the completion of their investigation.
But Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun ordered that Fashola and the others be remanded for 21 days.
Earlier , the Lagos State Police Command had declared one Owodunni Ibrahim aka “Primeboy” Wanted for failing to honour police invitation successfully sent to him since the commencement of investigation into the circumstances leading to the death of Mohbad.
Ibrahim is said to be approximately 1.64-m tall, male, dark-complexioned with tribal marks and Yoruba by tribe and his last known address was 3rd Power, Oke Eletu, Ikorodu.
