The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has declared the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC in Kogi state, Usman Ododo as winner of the November 11 election in the state.
The Returning officer, Professor Johnson Urama announced this at the state Collation centre in Lokoja on Sunday night.
He said Ododo scored a total of 446,237votes to defeat his closest rival, Murtala Ajaka of the Social Democratic Party SDP who polled 259,052.
Meanwhile, INEC has suspended election in 10 wards in the state.
