Another Member of the Rivers State Executive Council,Dr Gift Worlu has resigned.
Worlu, the Commissioner of Housing in his letter of resignation to Governor Siminilayi Fubara said he resigned as a result of personal reasons and thanked the governor for the opportunity given to serve .
The gale of resignations in the state between Thursday and Early Friday followed the deepening rift between the former governor , Nyesom Wike and Fubara his successor.
Although the reason for such face -off is not too clear, it was gathered that the control of political party structure in the state is the crux of the matter.
The development has churned out conflict entrepreneurs claiming to be public analysts making spurious allegations without a number of factors adduced for the situation.
Current matters gathered that more resignations are expected before the end of Friday..
