Nigeria’s Minister of Sports Development, Senator John Owan Enoh, has commended the Senior Men’s National Team, the Super Eagles, following their victory against Cote D’Ivoire on Thursday.
Senator Owan Enoh stated that defeating the host nation is a good sign of the team’s exceptional capabilities and
expressed his delight with the team’s improved performance as earlier promised to Nigerians after their first game.

The Minister, who highlighted the collective support of the nation, urged the Super Eagles to continue in the same spirit throughout the competition.
Senator Owan Enoh expressed confidence in the team’s ability to overcome challenges and bring pride to the Nation by clinching the Championship Trophy.
