The Searchlight of Hope Foundation, SOHF, a Non Governmental Organisation, has congratulated its pioneer Chairman, Chief Offiong Ekanem Peter, for his appointment as the paramount ruler of Mbiabo Edere Clan, Odukpani Local Government of Cross River State, Nigeria.
Chief Ekanem, who was the pioneer Chairman of Searchlight of Hope Foundation, was installed as the paramount ruler by the Community after a successful legal practice at the Bar spanning over three decades.
The new paramount ruler has promised to serve with the fear of God and administer justice to all without fear or favour.
Chief Offiong Ekanem also planned to lift the community to its enviable heights, while urging the State and Federal government to assist the community in its developmental projects so as to end decades of underdevelopment.
