As Nigeria’s Super Eagles and the Elephants of Cote D’voire slug it out at the African Cup of Nations Final on Sunday, it has been revealed that President Bola Tinubu will watch the match slated for Alassanne Quattara Stadium,Ebimpe, Abidjan.
The President of the Confederation of African Football Federations CAF,Patrice Motsepe made the disclosure while addressing the press on Friday at the Palace de la Culture in Trechville, Abidjan.
Motsepe who responded to a question on when Africa would host the World Cup again, said ” Nigeria must put in a bid. The Nigerian President Bola Tinubu is coming to watch the final on Sunday. I will have a conversation with him about it”
Recall that the Vice President, Kassim Shettima was in Bouake to boost the morale of the Super Eagles in the Semi final clash against Bafana Bafana of South Africa on Wednesday.
