The Chairman of the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission RISIEC,Hon Justice Adolphus Enebeli , DSSRS ( Rtd has invited Stakeholders to a meeting on Wednesday.
According to a statement he personally signed and issued on Tuesday, those invited are Leaders of all registered political parties, traditional rulers, security agencies, religious organisations, the media ,non governmental organisations, community based groups, professional groups and the electorate.
The meeting is scheduled to hold “at the RISIEC Headquarters,239-243 Aba Road,Port Harcourt by 2 pm.
“Highlight of the meeting will be the unveiling of the time – table and guidelines for the 2025 Local Government Elections in the state.
“All concerned are expected to be seated at the RISIEC Auditorium by 2 pm”. Justice Enebeli who doubles as Chief Electoral Commissioner said..
