The Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike says his Edo counterpart, Godwin Obaseki Is untrustworthy and ungrateful person going by confessions of those who saw him through political beginning to limelight
Speaking Monday at the commissioning of Community Secondary School ( CSS),Umuonwa in Ikwerre Local Government Area of the state,Wike remarked” If you ask anybody or check the DNA of Obaseki, you will discover that he is a serial betrayer and an ungrateful person.”
Wike who obviously was reacting to Obaseki’s statement earlier on Monday in support of his Deputy Governor, Philip Shaibu used the forum to apologize to Adams Oshiomole for ignoring his warning about the deceptive nature of Obaseki said , the former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress APC has been vindicated.
” I apologize to Oshiomole who told us about Obaseki,You have been vindicated” he said.
The Rivers Governor warned Obaseki on his uncouth statements warning that hard times await the Edo Governor.
” Obaseki, Let me put you on notice,You will be under heat.”
