The first session of the 5th Synod of the Church of Nigeria,Anglican Communion Diocese of Etche begins on Wednesday, 30th March,2022. for arrival and synod opening service at St Martin’s Anglican Church ,Achi/ Agwu.
A statement issued by the Chairman Central Planning Commitee,Eze Ishmael O. Nweke and General Secretary ,Ven. Gaius Odum on behalf of his lordship,Rt. Revd. Okechukwu Precious Nwala,JP, Bishop of Etche and the Synod Planning Commitee said that official opening of Synod, Teachings and Reports will take place on Thursday 31st March.
Friday 1st April is Teaching, Reports and Plenary while Presidential address, Bishop’s charge is slated for Saturday 2 nd April.
The Synod with the Theme” The Beatitudes” Reflections on ideal kingdom life as a forestate of eternity with Christ will end on Sunday,3rd March with a Thanksgiving Service /Launching for Diocese project.
