The Muslim Youths Foundation of Southern Kaduna has raised alarm over killings in parts of Southern Kaduna..
A statement issued by the group “s National Chairman, Mohammed Kabir-Bello said that Muslims have found themselves in the middle of a guerrilla attack and silent killings in different parts of Southern Kaduna.
The statement said that wherever there is a rumour of any form of attack in the area, the Muslims become victims, roadblocks will be mounted and any Muslim on transit will be killed.
The group further alleged that five people were ambushed and killed in July including the former Secretary to the District Head of Dangoma,Sallau Musa,who was killed while on his way from Kafachan to Dangoma on July 22,2020., bringing the number of those killed to more than one hundred..
There communities Zikpak and,Ugwan Masara in Fantsuam area of Jema”a Local Government Area ,and Maraban Kagoro in Kaura Local Government Area were on Friday night attacked by gunmen suspected to be Fulani herdsmen.
Nine persons were said to have been killed while many others sustained varying degrees of injury.
