Nigerian Chef, Hilda Bassey Effiong AKA Hilda Baci has broken the Guinness World record by achieving more than 88 hours of cooking, Monday morning at 7:45 am.
The cooking world record was set by Chef Lata Tondon in India.
Before breaking the record, many Nigerians including politicians have been throwing their weights with some visiting her cooking location in Amore gardens, Lekki, Lagos to cheer her up. Shortly after attaining the record, she was visited by Godswill Akpabio who promised to reward the 27 year old citizen of Akwa Ibom in his speech on Twitter

“I pray for her success and I promise to reward her at the event . I thank her for exhibiting the Can Do Spirit of the Akwa Ibom child. Forward ever, Backward never,””
He stated on Twitter “ I was this morning accompanied by my colleagues Senators -elect, on a solidarity visit to an Akwa Ibom child, Hilda Baci, who is set to break the Guinness Book of record as the Chef with the longest cooking duration in the world.
