Newly – appointed ministers of the Federal Republic of Nigeria are to appear for a documentation exercise which will begin on Saturday, 19th August.
The Permanent Secretary, General Services, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Nnamdi Mbaeri, who disclosed this in a statement on Thursday, said the exercise, is expected to end on Sunday, August 20.
Mbaeri said the new minister-designates should come along with their curriculum vitae, birth certificate/declaration of age, and two passport photographs, among other vital documents for the exercise adding that each minister is entitled to three guests.
“Ministers-designate are to please note that their documentation will take place at the Conference Room, General Services Office, Second Floor, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday, August 19 and Sunday, 20.
“Each minister-designate is to provide the names of their three guests during the documentation process for access to the venue.”
On Wednesday, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu assigned portfolios to 45 ministerial nominees confirmed by the Senate.
The new Ministers are to be sworn in by President Tinubu.
