The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Kaduna, has nullified the election victory of Uba Sani of the All Progressives Congress (APC),
Delivering its Judgement virtually on Thursday, the tribunal also declared the election inconclusive and ordered that fresh elections be conducted in seven wards in four local government areas of the state
The Peoples Democratic Party PDP and its candidate ,Isah Ashiru had raised a petition challenging the election of Sani in the March 2023 election.
