Peter Obi, the Presidential Candidate in 2023 General election has congratulated Nigeria – born professional boxer,Anthony Joshua “for winning his fourth straight fight against Cameroonian Francis Ngannou in Saudi Arabia on Saturday.
Obi who took tp X to express his happiness over the win, said ” Joshua displayed the fighting spirit of Nigerians ,especially the youths “.
While urging” other Nigerians everywhere to continue to reach for greater heights in their areas of endeavour,as this will help us to build the New Nigeria we all desire”, Obi also congratulated Ngannou” for his participation in the competition ” adding” irrespective of the outcome of the fight, the duo represents the strength and vigor with which African youths are working towards a New Africa “
