The Peoples Democratic Party in Ondo State has concluded its primary with the emergence of Mr Agboola Ajayi as the candidate of the PDP) of the party for the November off -cycle governorship election.
In the election conducted by the Committee led by Bayelsa Deputy Governor,Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo,Ajayi,a former Deputy Governor of the state polled 264 votes to beat his closest rival,
Kolade Akinjo ,a former member of the House of Representatives who polled 157 votes
Ajayi is expected to slug it out with incumbent Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa in the coming election.
