The President of the Academic Staff Union of Universities ASUU, Prof.Emmanuel Osodeke has confirmed that the union’s meeting with a delegation of the Federal Government originally scheduled for Monday as announced by the Minister of Education on Friday, will now hold on Wednesday.,August 28.
ASUU had last week threatened to embark on a nationwide strike over unresolved agreement including withheld salaries of members, funding for universities and stopping the proliferation of universities.
