The Governor of Rivers State,Sir Siminalayi Fubara said his administration has consistently prioritised the delivery of infrastructure and other services for the wellbeing of the people of the state.
Directing his statement to the newly inaugurated 11.8km Etche and Omuma link Road on Wednesday, the governor said ” Leadership is about delivery positive results”
Taking to X , the governor wrote:
Today, we made a bold statement on what true leadership is about by delivering positive results beginning with the commissioning of a road infrastructure project that spans Etche and Omuma Local Government Areas.
The 11.8km Okehi-Umuola-Eberi Link Road is more than a road; it is a testament to resilience and dedication to the objective of serving Rivers people.
Without borrowing funds, we have diligently prioritized projects, paid salaries, and implemented N15,000 above the N70,000 national minimum wage for our civil servants. With your support, we will continue building a Rivers State that works for all.”
