The Federal Government has said it is committed to addressing the concerns of Youths in the area of job creation and poverty alleviation .
The Minister of Information and Culture Lai Mohammed made this known on Friday in Ilorin the Kwara State capital.
Mohamed said that governmentt’s commitment brought about the creation of the N75 billion National Youth Fund designed to give opportunities to Youths to actualise their aspirations and alleviate poverty.
According to him, the administration of President Buhari has carried out other interventions aimed at cushioning the effect of Covid-19 which include the N2.3 trillion Economic Sustainability Plan out of which the National Youth Fund emerged as well as the Micro Medium and Small Enterprises Survival Fund..
